c. Handmade Accessories
We offer a range of handmade accessories for sale. Each product is crafted individually, so slight variations may occur.
3. Orders and Payments
All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payments must be completed before services are rendered or goods are shipped. We accept payments by cash or card.
4. Returns and Refunds
- Workshops: Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event may be eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be given for late cancellations or no-shows.
- Tailoring Services: Due to the personalized nature of these services, refunds are not available once work has commenced.
- Products: You may return unused accessories within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
5. Delivery
We offer delivery within Luxembourg. Estimated delivery times and fees will be provided during checkout or booking. Delays caused by third-party carriers are not our responsibility.
